What the service does
WeddUniverse is a wedding planning tool: a guest list, a budget, a schedule, photographs, and a wedding website at wedduniverse.com/your-address. You use it in a browser; there is nothing to install.
Accounts
You need an account and a working email address. Your password is your responsibility. One wedding may have at most three administrators, and you decide who they are.
Your content
Everything you put into the product — text, photographs, your guest list — remains yours. We use it for nothing but providing the service and pass it to nobody. Deleting a wedding deletes its content, stored photographs included.
Guest data
When you enter your guests’ data you are the controller in respect of them and we are the processor. You undertake that you are entitled to enter it and that you will let guests correct or remove their data on request.
What is not allowed
The service may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to share content you have no rights to, for unlawful content, or to attempt access to somebody else’s wedding. We may suspend access if it is.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. There is no SLA.
Price
WeddUniverse is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans we will say so at least 30 days beforehand, and weddings already created will remain accessible.
Ending
You can delete your account and any wedding from within the application at any time. We may stop providing the service on 30 days’ notice, and will let you download your content if we do.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you may take a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as an out-of-court resolution body.
